Description The Carbtune II comes in a small box as shown. If ordered with the Toolpouch then the packet will be slightly different. Note: these instructions apply to the 4 column model. For the 2 column model, you will receive only half the contents and should make only two restricters.
Contents This is what it looks like when you open the box. On the left the Carbtune and rubber hoses. On the right the plastic cable clip to hang gauges from the handlebars and inside the small plastic bag there are 4 x 5mm adapters, 4 x 6mm adapters and one fine bore thick wall clear plastic tube about 8cm (3”) long by 5mm (0.2”) diameter to make the restricters. If ordered with the Toolpouch then the same contents will be packed inside the Toolpouch.
Contents of plastic bag Damping. The restricters must always be used. There are 4 x 5mm adapters, 4 x 6mm adapters and the restricter which you cut into four as below.

Remove 10cm from rubber tubing
10cm
Insert restricter
90cm tube > restricter > 10cm tube
Connect rubber tube 90cm tube connects to Carbtune; 10cm to carb
Insert clip plastic cable clip to hang gauges from the handlebars fits through slot at top of Carbtune
