Send your credit card details. Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Delta. Or send a bank draft in sterling.

We normally dispatch all Carbtunes inside 24 hours. 1st class letter post inside UK. Airmail outside UK.

You can get through to a real person any weekday between 9.30am and 1.30pm (UK time). Any other time you can leave your details on the answerphone or fax.

Returns

If you want to return a product because it is faulty, incorrect or you just want to cancel
the order please telephone 028 9023 9007 or email us on morgan@carbtune.com
letting us know the circumstances. Normally for faulty or incorrect goods we can sort this out quickly on the telephone or by email.

If you just want to cancel the order you can do so within 7 days of purchase as long as
the product is returned unused in it’s original packaging so that it can be re-sold. There
may be a small administrative charge for this.

For your own benefit when returning items please use recorded delivery and make sure
it is insured for the correct value.

Put your name, address, order details and reasons for return with the packet. Send the returned item to:
